Jet Ski Rider Kills Tubers In Russia

The tragic accident occurred on the Irtysh River. The jet ski driver drove into an inflatable raft, once he regained control of the jet ski he fled the area.

Investigators examined the scene, interviewed the navigator of the boat and seized all evidence including the boat. A criminal investigation has been launched.
